Natalya Praises Billy Corgan, Eric Bischoff Discusses WWE’s Recruitment Process

On a recent episode of the “Developmentally Speaking” podcast, Eric Bischoff shared his experiences working at the WWE Performance Center and gave an insight into the recruitment methods of the company.

We recap some key takeaways from the podcast below:

Speaking about the recruitment process at the PC: “They’re looking for top-notch, first division, athletic individuals. These include gymnasts, women’s volleyball players, and of course amateur wrestlers. The idea is to identify those individuals with personalities that can be developed and nurtured, and train them in a sophisticated manner.”

Commenting on his initial impressions at the PC: “I was extremely impressed. When I asked Jeremy [Borash] how long the team had been training with him and he replied that this batch was just about two weeks old, I was astounded…If this is a reflection of what the talent can achieve based on the quality of training and teaching available, I predict the emergence of many talented individuals from the Performance Center.”

Natalya is set to mark her presence at the NWA Crockett Cup on May 17th, and got a chance to express her excitement about this on the “Busted Open Radio” podcast.

“Billy and the NWA uphold tradition. I attended one of Billy’s shows a year ago, and I was struck by the close-knit atmosphere of their locker room. Billy stands for tradition, respect, and the art of the sport. That aligns perfectly with what I stand for, and that’s why I have my own ring. I cherish the opportunity to train there and guide others. It allows me to carry forward the legacy of my grandfather in the original Dungeon.”

She added, “I respect tradition, but I also swear by a hard work ethic. I do not approve of doing things half-heartedly. The NWA aligns with everything I stand for, and I am thrilled to be a part of such a special show, especially for Billy, who I believe is doing amazing things for wrestling.”
