As we reported on Saturday here on eWn, WWE reached out to outside companies to open the “forbidden door” for the 2024 Royal Rumble pay-per-view event.
During the women’s Royal Rumble match, current TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace made her WWE debut as the #5 entrant in the match. For those who may not recall, Mickie James appeared in the 2022 WWE Royal Rumble while she was the Knockouts Champion.
Additionally, Trinity – now obviously going by Naomi again – made her return to WWE as expected. While Natalya wound up being the #1 entrant, Naomi came out at #2. Grace and Naomi had a brief interaction during the match, hugging it out at first and then landing blows on each other.
