MVP, the former WWE Superstar, has never implied that Triple H, WWE’s Chief Content Officer, was racist. This arose from MVP’s comments in June suggesting some racially inspired rationale behind Triple H’s decision not to reunite the wrestling group, The Hurt Business.
When a fan referenced Triple H’s infamous discriminatory remark towards wrestler Booker T during WrestleMania 19, and another stated that Triple H’s era was noted for downplaying black wrestlers, MVP agreed without necessarily accusing Triple H of racism.
During an online signing event with K&S WrestleFest, MVP sought to clarify his cryptic remarks, asserting that at no point had he tagged Triple H as racist. He asked critics to show evidence of him calling Triple H racist. However, he acknowledged that his views on how Triple H treats black wrestlers might call for different interpretation.
On the subject of a potential reunion of The Hurt Business, MVP revealed that there were plans in motion, including T-shirt designs. However, the plans were abruptly changed without any professional discussion.
MVP and fellow professional wrestler Bobby Lashley exited WWE in August once their contracts ended, leading to speculations about them joining AEW in the upcoming times.
