During the TNA Slammiversary pay-per-view event in the past month, Mustafa Ali was dethroned as the TNA X-Division champion by Mike Bailey. Soon after the match ended, Ali made a surprise announcement revealing his indefinite departure from the X-Division.
Fightful Select has reported that Ali has concluded his current stint with TNA Wrestling for the time being. However, the possibility of Ali making a comeback in the future hasn’t been completely ruled out, with TNA leaving the door open for his return.
