Moose’s Impact Wrestling Contract To Expire This Month – WWE Interest

Moose’s tenure with Impact Wrestling could be over very soon following reports that his contract is set to expire.

Moose debuted for Impact in 2016 and is a former Impact World Champion in addition to being a two-time Impact Wrestling Grand Champion.

Fightful Select is reporting that Moose’s contract is set to expire at some point this month.

The report adds that Impact “wanted to lock down Moose before he could even technically field offers from other companies.”

In an interview with Fightful last year, Moose confirmed that WWE has shown an interest in him.

One plan for Moose in WWE would have seen the powerhouse jump straight to the main roster, but Vince McMahon “specifically had dragged his feet on signing off on that.”

Moose was part of Impact’s recent Under Siege pay-per-view event where he competed in a six-way match which was won by Alex Shelley.
