Moose Retains TNA Belt, Gets IMPACT Title Match At Sacrifice

Moose finally got his wish during tonight’s episode of IMPACT Wrestling, as his TNA World Heavyweight Championship was recognized as official, and he was forced to defend it against Jake Something. Despite the challenge, though, Moose was able to overcome the odds and take down Something to retain his belt.

Things came to an end when Moose – who dominated most of the match – survived a pop-up sit-out bomb from Jake Something. After picking up Moose and trading some shots, though, Something went down after Moose hit him with a hard clothesline, which he then followed up with a spear to close things out and win the match. After the match was over, though, Moose continued his attack on Something, and Rich Swann surprised everyone by showing up and running down into the ring.

After the two brawled for a moment, Scott D’Amore came out to settle the two and make things official. At IMPACT’s Sacrifice pay-per-view on March 13, Moose will take on Swann for the IMPACT World Championship.
