Major League Wrestling (MLW) is currently in negotiations with Range Media Partners to secure Private Label Equity (PLEs), reports Fightful Select.

PLEs are a kind of investment where a company creates a product and sells it under another organization’s brand label.

The report suggests that MLW views this strategy as an “essential” part of its business model and the promotion is said to be open to “individual UFC-style sales.” The deal reportedly involves the airing of premium monthly special shows rather than pay-per-view events.

Cesar Duran has recently been absent from MLW due to his commitments with FX’s Mayans MC. A kidnapping angle was recently carried out to write Duran off MLW TV. Duran also had to change up his look for his role on Mayans, but his appearance will be restored once he is ready for his MLW return.

And finally, MLW: Fusion will return later this spring.
