MLW News – Alex Hammerstone Injured, PPV Plans, Microman Tops War Chamber Merch Sales

Pwinsider is reporting that reigning MLW World Champion Alex Hammerstone suffered an injury at the MLW War Chamber taping this past weekend. Hammerstone may have suffered a pulled groin but is not expected to be on the shelf. He worked a quick match the following day in Philadelphia, PA.

MLW is having discussions with potential partners for a live pay-per-view event this summer. Sources believe that MLW will likely secure a deal and schedule a live show in the next three to four months.

And finally, Microman was ‘far and away’ the top merchandise seller at War Chamber. Microman, who brought families with children to the show, moved the most merch at the venue. Several families were on the balcony of the Melrose Ballroom during War Chamber.
