MJF vs Adam Cole & 4-Way World Title Match Set For AEW Worlds End 2024, Updated Card

The prestigious AEW World Championship is up for grabs at the 2024 AEW Worlds End event, featuring a high-stakes four-way match. Current champion Jon Moxley will face the challenge of defending his title against competitors “Freshly Squeezed” Orange Cassidy, “Hangman” Adam Page, and “Switchblade” Jay White.

The competition between these four wrestlers has been heating up over recent weeks, going back to Cassidy’s unsuccessful attempt to topple Moxley during the AEW Full Gear event. Let’s not forget the wildcard Christian Cage, who can still cash in his surprise title match contract anytime he decides.

Even though Moxley finds himself at a significant disadvantage in the upcoming match, it was his call to issue the challenge. Interestingly, Moxley chose to refer to the encounter as a “fatal 4-way”, a term typically used by WWE, instead of AEW’s usual “four-way” match terminology. Seeing as the Death Riders motto suggests, this could indeed turn out fatal.

In another thrilling announcement, MJF will go against Adam Cole, with the coveted Dynamite Diamond Ring at stake.

Cole earned his shot at the ring by defeating Kyle O’Reilly in the latest Dynamite episode. The duo was the last standing in the Dynamite Dozen Battle Royal. MJF attempted and failed to thwart Cole with the ring during their bout.

Here’s what the lineup for AEW Worlds End 2024 looks like as of now:

  • For the Dynamite Diamond Ring: MJF vs. Adam Cole
  • AEW Continental Classic Semifinals & Finals
  • AEW World Championship Four-Way Match: Jon Moxley (c) vs. “Hangman” Adam Page vs. Jay White vs. Orange Cassidy
