During the latest episode of AEW Dynamite, wrestling extraordinaire MJF made a triumphant return. In the inaugural segment, the “Salt of the Earth” seized the spotlight to deliver a power-packed promo.
Notably, MJF, a previous holder of the AEW World Champion title, didn’t hold back in targeting numerous stars like Will Ospreay, Swerve Strickland, Kazuchika Okada, among others.
MJF expressed dissatisfaction with Okada’s self-proclaimed title of “The Rainmaker,” implying that Okada couldn’t even afford a gym membership. Swerve Strickland was next on his hit list as he said that Strickland was fancied by the Mogul Embassy and subtly hinted at his inability to communicate publicly as the current World Champion.
As for Will Ospreay, MJF unequivocally expressed displeasure with Ospreay’s self-designation as the “Best in the World”, asserting that the coveted title correctly fits him [MJF].
The intensity further escalated when RUSH joined the fray, engaging in a verbal duel with MJF. Temperatures reached a boiling point as RUSH made a daring move to charge the ring, only to be restrained by security to prevent a fight from erupting.
