During a recent conversation with “The Wrestling Classic,” AEW International Champion MJF made it clear that he has no interest in a rematch with Will Ospreay. He restated his firm stand, pointing out his decisive victory over The Aerial Assassin in Dynamite 250, which he labeled as an “easy win.”
MJF boldly stated, “Why should I get in the ring with someone I’ve already outclassed easily? I put him down in record-breaking time. Honestly, if somebody suggests that to me, there’s zero chance of such a match taking place again. I defeated him, and now, this title is with me. I plan to augment the significance of this title more than any other title in the entire professional wrestling universe. I keep trying to caution Will, maybe it’s because he’s foreign and ignorant and hails from the worst country in history, the United Kingdom, but he doesn’t seem to take heed. He’s falling into the same pitfall I was once in. He’s wrestling more to impress others than to win, and I will never do that again. My wrestling style now focuses heavily on defense. I’m constantly scanning for reversals. I’m strategizing to take shortcuts. I’m not opting for the hard path. I’m choosing the easy escape. I don’t give a fk. I’ll proudly say this with a grin on my face. I possess the killer instinct, which Will Ospreay lacks, and that’s why I won against him, and I dominated him. People have been referring to this as the most all-encompassing victory of all time. I didn’t even break a sweat. It was probably the least challenging match of my entire career.”
