After his shocking debut at last week’s AEW Dynamite, Miro – formerly known as Rusev in WWE – has taken to his YouTube channel to discuss his appearance, as well as answer some questions that fans may have.
In a brand new Q&A video uploaded on Saturday, Miro starts off by exclaiming just how excited he is about the situation, and thanking Tony Khan. “I’m just excited to have this opportunity,” he said. “I’m thankfully to Tony Khan, we got in contact and…he’s such a good dude, he’s such a great owner, and he’s very open to talk to with creative and ideas, he’s around everybody, it’s not like he’s hiding. His energy is definitely great, and he just wants the best.”
Miro went on to say that the superstars in the locker room are also all dedicated to making All Elite Wrestling better, and not necessarily just promoting themselves. “We’re already doing great, and destroying NXT and all that,” he said. “But now we’re up for the big prize, and I knew that they were going to get there anyways, but I’m just glad along and join the joy ride.”
