Mike & Maria Kanellis Discuss Being Released By WWE
Following today’s surprising news that a large amount of WWE superstars and other network talent had been released, many superstars have begun sending out videos saying goodbye to the WWE Universe. Two such superstars were Mike & Maria Kanellis, who each took to social media to say goodbye to their fans.
In videos shared to Twitter and Instagram, respectively, Mike & Maria took the time to thank their fans, with Mike starting out the video by saying that they didn’t see the move coming and that “it sucks” before thanking everyone who helped them get to where they were. Mike also specifically brings up his former addiction issues, noting that they were able to beat that, so they’ll also handle this move the only way they know how: by keeping moving forward. Currently, it’s unknown where the two – or anyone involved in the cuts – will end up, but it’s good to see the many superstars are exiting with hope and optimism about their future.
