Former WWE wrestler Mideon, or Dennis Knight as he is known outside the ring, recently had high praise for Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan in his latest podcast appearance. Mideon expressed admiration for the considerable talent Morgan has shown, most notably her successful title capture in the WWE’s King & Queen Of The Ring event. Her storyline rivalry with Dominic Mysterio has indeed caught the eye of fans and critics alike.
On the “Six Feet Under” podcast, Mideon spoke warmly about Morgan, saying: “Of course, my favorite wrestler is Liv [Morgan]. I just think she’s amazing. I love her like a little sister. GUNTHER and Drew are my two favorite [men]. With Hunter running everything, the storylines are getting better. [Jade] Cargill just needs to listen a little bit more. She looks like a million bucks, but I don’t want to see her turn into like an [Ultimate] Warrior kind of thing.”
Not only did Mideon commend Morgan’s excellent performance, but he also had positive remarks about the current climate within WWE. He made a comparison to the past, noting a certain bond existing among wrestlers today that is reminiscent of the ‘Attitude Era.’ Mideon stated, “It was like the best times [in the Attitude Era] where we would get to the building, you go to the locker room, [play] dominoes, or messing around or whatever. I got there [at Survivor Series], and everybody’s in their buses and nobody’s really talking. I don’t like that because the camaraderie was a really big thing, especially for us.”
Recently, Morgan defended her title against Zelina Vega. However, it isn’t confirmed if the Women’s World Champion will have a booking in the upcoming WWE Money in the Bank pay-per-view event.
