Mick Foley has tested positive for COVID-19 and is currently in self-isolation.

In a Twitter video, Foley says he tested positive for the virus after a virtual signing he did on December 12. He’s been in a hotel room self-isolating for the past 18 days as a result, and missed out on spending the holidays with his family.

“There were only two people in the room with me,” Foley said. “They were both wearing masks. I did take my mask off, so I could do a better job during the virtual signing. One of the gentlemen ended up having symptoms later that night and reported to me that he tested positive. So, I waited the five days and got tested myself and I’ve been stuck in a hotel room by myself for the past 18 days.”

Please continue to take this virus seriously – mask up, social distance, look out for one another.

While Foley has suffered from some negative side effects physically, he says the worst part was missing out on the holidays with his family. He previously had passed 11 COVID-19 tests and he urges everyone to continue to wear masks and social distance.
