Rapper Playboy Carti drops a line referencing The Rock in his new song.

In “Timeless,” a recently released track by Carti and The Weeknd, the following lyric is found:

“I’m wrestlin’ all of my demons, I feel like The Rock.”

According to Pwinsider, “Jersey” Joe Wilchak, a former member of the Atlas Security team during the ECW and ROH phases, has been placed in hospice care. Reportedly, he has been fighting lung cancer for a considerable period.

Back at the WWE Royal Rumble 2000 pay-per-view event, a riveting Street Fight unfolded between Mick Foley and Triple H, which featured breathtakingly violent scenes, including an incident involving thumbtacks.

In a chat with “WWE Retrospective,” Foley confessed that despite being instructed not to use thumbtacks, he disregarded this directive. He stated,

“If I did it without any crowd, TV camera, it would be one of the worst feelings in the world, But when you get that response, the exact response you’re looking for, It can anesthetize the pain to a great degree.”

He went on to explain, “We were under a strict edict, no thumbtacks. Triple H said, you have the tacks? I said, they’re already under the ring. We went with the “it’s better to do it and ask for forgiveness than to ask for permission” and the match was such a huge success that we didn’t even get yelled at.”
