While he’s been known to voice his political beliefs, Mick Foley insists that won’t get in the way of his relationships in the professional wrestling world.
Foley, who was interviewed by CNN on Monday evening, expressed his determination to not let politics interfere with his long-established friendships within the wrestling arena. In his own words, he remarked,
“I can count on one hand the number of friends I’ve lost over politics… the things that draw us together are so much more meaningful than the things that divide us.”
For the impending election, Foley has thrown his support behind Kamala Harris, while others in the wrestling world, including Glenn ‘Kane’ Jacobs and Hulk Hogan, have publicly expressed their support for Donald Trump.
Earlier in the year, Hogan made comments about using wrestling maneuvers on Harris, later attributing his remarks and his racially-charged statements about her to his Real American Beer.
