In the current edition of her “Mone Mag” newsletter, AEW TBS Champion, Mercedes Mone, disclosed the most formidable adversaries she’s ever grappled with in the wrestling ring. These include well-known figures like Charlotte Flair, Nia Jax, and Bianca Belair.

Mone shared, “My proponent, Kev Undergaro, a lifelong wrestling aficionado from the 1980s era, enjoys revisiting and sharing older matches on video-sharing platforms. He recently brought to my attention an archival video where Bob Backlund is seen deadlifting Hulk Hogan from the apron using one arm. This clip sparked a dialogue about the most powerful women I’ve been inside the ring with. Trust me, I have had my wrestling bouts with some robust athletes, but there are three who stand out as the toughest:

1. Charlotte Flair: Unquestionably, Charlotte tops the list. She’s not even aware of her immense strength! She’s truly an extraordinary athlete and I believe she’s still exploring her physical capabilities. If Charlotte chooses to body slam me mid-match, it’s effortless for her. Same with suplexes. Charlotte’s strength is simply astounding, and paired with her commitment to fitness, she’s truly indomitable.

2. Nia Jax: Nia ranks next, another formidable presence. Comparable to Charlotte, Nia doesn’t entirely recognize how powerful she is. Once she gets a mover on, there’s no stopping her. Nia’s strength and momentum make her a formidable opponent. Always the center of attention with her raw power, encountering her in the ring guarantees an intense battle.

3. Bianca Belair: Bianca takes the third spot. She’s remarkably solid, like a sculptured stone statue. Her indomitable strength is barely manageable. During one of our matches, I remember being struck by her unyielding nature. Bianca’s combination of strength and agility makes her one of the toughest competitors currently in the wrestling ring.”
