The much-anticipated biographical documentary of Vince McMahon’s life, “Mr. McMahon,” is set to debut on Netflix this Wednesday, September 25.
This intriguing six-part series, each episode an hour long, will thoroughly examine the multiple allegations of sexual misconduct that have been leveled against McMahon over the years. One of the accusers is Janel Grant, amongst other women who have come forward.
Prior to the scheduled premiere of the “Mr. McMahon” series on September 25, McMahon broke his usual silence to declare that the documentary contained inaccuracies. He underscored that the lawsuit from Janel Grant, featured in the docuseries, was tied to a terminated affair. In response to these assertions, Kendra Barkoff Lamy, an attorney at SKDK representing Grant, publicly rebutted Mr. McMahon’s stance.
A notable member of the wrestling world, AEW TBS Champion Mercedes Mone, has shown keen interest in watching the “Mr. McMahon” debut.
During an interview on “WFAN”, Mone remarked, “I haven’t been talking to anybody. I stay in my locker room and stay in my lane. All I do know [is] I’m going to grab a blunt, I’m going to get some wine, and I’m going to be watching some Netflix. I can’t wait.”
Previously, as we reported on eWn, there was an unsuccessful attempt by McMahon to buy the documentary from Netflix. His offer was declined after a preliminary review of an early version of the series.
