Tuesday, August 22, 2023, marked the 8-year anniversary of one of WWE’s greatest matches in history for many fans and one of the best women’s matches in company history.

Sasha Banks wrestled Bayley in 2015 at NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn, helping put the NXT brand on the map and take women’s wrestling another step in the right direction.

Banks, now known as Mercedes Mone, took to Twitter to send out this tweet: “Let’s do this again someday 💙🌟@itsBayleyWWE”

Mone is currently sidelined while recovering from surgery. She is still under contract with NJPW.
