The AEW TBS Champion, Mercedes Mone, has expressed her interest in competing against Mariah May and Toni Storm. Mone, who successfully defended her title against challenger Britt Baker at All In 2024, opened up about possible future opponents during her recent appearance on the “Beyond The Fame” podcast.
She stated enthusiastically, “Mariah May has the [AEW Women’s] championship, so I’d love to compete against her. Toni Storm is truly remarkable. Thunder Rosa. Kris Statlander. Jamie Hayter just returned to All In, and I’d genuinely enjoy sharing the ring with her. The opportunities are limitless at AEW.”
She furthered her statement with optimism, “Also, it’s not limited to the AEW roster. I get to lock horns with the Stardom squad as well as the CMLL team. AEW is on a global advent. Any female contender who wishes to challenge for my titles, I’m perpetually prepared.”
