Former Women’s Champion and WWE Diva, Melina Perez, has addressed the circulating gossip about her sealing a new Legends Deal with the network.
In an interactive session with MuscleManMalcolm, Melina touched on the conjecture surrounding her involvement in a Legends Deal, categorically denying it. She emphasized,
“Don’t believe everything that’s on the Internet, unless you hear it from somebody’s mouth. So many, still to this day, a lot of rumors always going around about me. Still not true. Still not true.”
Upon being questioned if she may be interested in inking such a deal, Melina poignantly conveyed her guiding principles when considering such decisions.
“It just all depends on what they take away from your life. Of course, there will be more money and this and that. But it’s not about the money for me. It’s about being able to be free to do what I want with what I was blessed with in wrestling.”
Melina first stepped into the WWE television orbit in 2005, a part of MNM. Her latest WWE contest was in the Women’s Royal Rumble fight of 2022.
