Maven Recalls Fan Claiming He Was The Father Of Her Child

Maven is pleased to have lived his dream and become a WWE Superstar, but not every interaction with fans has been pleasant.

Maven earned a WWE contract in 2001 by winning that year’s Tough Enough and would remain with the promotion until 2005.

Speaking on his YouTube channel, Maven recalled an interaction with a fan who alleged that he had fathered her love child. He said,

“One of the dark sides which comes with the business a lot of times, some people might think they know you when they don’t know you. A few years back I actually had a woman reach out and say that I was the father of her five-year-old son to which I had never met this woman.

“The fact that I had to actually go out of my way and financially prove that biologically I was not the father of her son… yeah, that’s definitely, definitely something that’s not a positive.”

In addition to his Tough Enough win, Maven is remembered for eliminating The Undertaker from the 2002 Royal Rumble and is a former Hardcore Champion.
