Meanwhile, Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) has publicized the player lineup for the much-anticipated Noche de Campeones, scheduled on September 27 at Arena Mexico. The final card has been drawn up based on a series of public polls completed over the prior month.

1. The CMLL World Pequeño Estrellas Championship Match will see Último Dragoncito as the defender (c) against Pierrothito.
2. The CMLL National Women’s Championship Match will have Reyna Isis (c) competing with Sanely.
3. The CMLL National Tag Team Championship Match is set between Los Depredadores (Magnus & Rugido) who are the current champions (c), and Los Villanos (Villano III Jr. & Hijo de Villano III).
4. For the CMLL National Lightweight Championship Match, Futuro (c) will contend with Rayo Metalico.
5. The CMLL World Trios Championship Match is slated between Máscara Dorada, Neón & Star Jr., the defenders (c), and Los Infernales (Euforia, Averno & Mephisto).
6. Atlantis Jr. (c) will battle it out with Soberano Jr. in the CMLL World Historic Light Heavyweight Championship Match.
7. The CMLL World Middleweight Championship Match will feature Templario (c) and Volador Jr. clashing for the title.
