Matt Riddle has dropped his petition for a restraining order against Candi Cartwright, real name Samantha Tavel, who accused him of sexual assault earlier this year.

After the accusation surfaced, Riddle and his lawyer accused Cartwright of “cyberstalking,” thus leading to the petition for a restraining order. However, that has now been voluntary dismissed by Riddle just 36 hours prior to a court date per David Bixenspan’s Babyface v. Heel (which has much more on the request).

In the petition, Riddle also alleges that Cartwright “threatened harm” against family members or those close to him, threatened to use weapons and destroyed personal property. Cartwright’s lawyer, Allison Lovelady, filed a dismissal and notes a number of issues with the petition including a lack of evidence.

Additional information on the dismissed petition can be found at Babyface v. Heel, so check it out if you want to know even more allegations.
