AEW Matt Jackson Injury Full Gear

Matt Jackson Medically Cleared For Full Gear

Matt Jackson of The Young Bucks is hurt. According to a report earlier today, the leg injury he’s been dealing with on TV was written into the feud between The Young Bucks and FTR heading into Full Gear this Saturday. For what it’s worth, Matt has tweeted out that he’s been medically cleared for the PPV match, throwing in an insult towards FTR in the process:

I appreciate everyone’s concern about my injury. However, I have indeed been medically cleared by my doctor to participate in Saturday’s match against The Bore Horsemen at Full Gear, live on PPV. Thank you for the support.

-Matt

Matt may be working hurt and could take time off after Saturday to heal. This puts The Bucks’ chances of winning the titles from FTR (and ever challenging for them again) in jeopardy, although it’s also possible that the report is all a part of AEW’s ongoing storytelling. The only way to know for sure is to take in Full Gear and see what happens.
