Matt Hardy Gets His Wish, AEW Changes Tag Team Match On 3/3 AEW Dynamite
Matt Hardy doesn’t want to wait for AEW Revolution, and now he won’t have to!
All Elite Wrestling confirmed Matt Hardy will team with Private Party’s Marq Quen against Hangman Page and John Silver on Wednesday’s episode of AEW Dynamite. Hardy made a plea to Tony Khan (a fellow wrestling genius) about making Dynamite even more iconic, and his words were clearly heard.
“Sure, people want to see me cripple The Dark Order, but we can do better! We can do bigger! Let’s give them what they really want, TK. Let’s give them Matt Hardy and Adam Page in the same ring! Let’s give them a preview of the violence that is going to happen in the Big Money Match at Revolution! That’s exactly what I told my friend Tony Khan, and he agreed.”
Hardy was initially scheduled to team with Private Party and The Hybrid2 against The Dark Order in a ten-man tag team bout on the March 3 show.
Matt Hardy doesn’t want to wait for #AEWRevolution on PPV this Sunday, March 7 to fight @theAdamPage, so he’s asked @TonyKhan for a match with Hangman TOMORROW! Tony’s booked a huge tag match for #AEWDynamite tomorrow night at 8/7c on TNT, Hardy/@Marq_Quen v. Hangman/John Silver! pic.twitter.com/ou6Ji0Nq5R
