Professional wrestler Matt Hardy left AEW earlier this year and has now returned to TNA Wrestling, reuniting with his brother Jeff Hardy. In a recent interview with Bill Apter on Sportskeeda’s “Wrestle Binge” podcast, Hardy shared some insights on his new tenure at TNA.
Speaking about the structural changes at TNA, Hardy stated, “I feel like it has more structure now that Anthem is there. Working with Tommy Dreamer has been a joy, he heads the creative and his approach has been beneficial to our current Hardy Boyz run.” He appreciated Dreamer’s leadership and expressed satisfaction with the creative collaboration.
According to Hardy, TNA wrestling has become more organized and better at storytelling. He praised the talented roster, adding that with a bigger platform, TNA could achieve greater success. Despite TNA’s present platforms including AXS TV and the TNA+ app, Hardy expressed a desire to help the brand grow.
In other wrestling news, NFL player George Kittle revealed his intentions of joining All Elite Wrestling. In a conversation with CBS sports, when asked about Britt Baker’s remarks about him joining AEW, he replied, “When I have an opportunity, I’ll be kicking the door in.”
Kittle’s prospective move to wrestling, however, was not well received by his current General Manger at San 49ers, John Lynch, who apparently didn’t approve of Kittle getting physical at WrestleMania 39.
