Matt Cardona is not taking Shotzi Blackheart’s re-entry to the independent wrestling circuit lightly. He expressed his unhappiness over Blackheart referring to herself as the “New Indy God,” which is a title that Cardona obviously disputes.

Claiming ownership of the title, Cardona took to the digital platform to remind the self-described “Ballsy Badass” that he possesses the legal rights for both “Indy God” and “Death Match King.” He even hinted at potential legal recourse and mentioned the name of trademark lawyer Mike Dockins, famously known as the “Gimmick Attorney,” as a possible player in this dispute.

Cardona posted on his Twitter handle, “@ShotziWWE has 24 hours to publicly apologize to me and take down all posts referring to herself as Indy God and Death Match King. The United States of America recognizes ME as BOTH! I don’t want to send @gimmickattorney after you…but I will! THIS IS NOT A JOKE!”

Shotzi, not backing down, responded, “ALL HAIL the NEW Indy God Deathmatch King SHOTZI FN BLACKHEART!”
