Matt Cardona Files Two New Trademarks
Matt Cardona aka the former Zack Ryder from WWE is continuing to build for his post WWE future with two new trademarks. Cardona, who was fired by WWE on Wednesday, April 15th, 2020, recently filed to trademark “MC! True Long Island Story” and “Major Pod Network.”

True Long Island Story refers to an offshoot of the name of his successful YouTube show from a decade ago that helped him reach New Heights in WWE, Z! True Long Island Story. Prior to this, Cardona had trademarked “Internet Champion” and had a new custom belt made.
“Major Pod Network” Could be an expansion of his successful podcast with Brian Myers where the pairing talks about their action figure collecting hobby. That series has spun off a successful Major Wrestling Federation, where the former Tag Team Championship duo put on wrestling events with their action figures and present the results in podcast form.
Cardona has competed in the past for AEW, last appearing for them on September 5th at the AEW All Out pay-per-view.
