Matt Cardona Brings WWE Women’s Tag Title To DDT Pro
On Sunday morning, Matt Cardona entered DDT Wrestle Peter Pan with one-half of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships and left with the DDT Pro Universal Championship.
The WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships are held by Sonya Deville and his wife, Chelsea Green. He had the title belt because he’s been calling himself one-half of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions due to the marriage.
Cardona won the DDT Pro Universal Title with help from Steph De Lander by defeating Tetsuya Endo.
