With Goldberg and The Fiend set to take each other on for the WWE Universal Championship at some point, excitement for the match has begun to bubble. Speaking during SiriusXM’s Busted Open Radio, Mark Henry discussed his excitement for the match, and why he thinks it can work.
“If it’s done right, it can be one of those [matches] that we really talk about and it’s like ‘Man, where has this Bill been? Where has this Goldberg been?’” he said. “And that’s what I think he realizes, he wants that, and a lot of people don’t want to work to that standard, but he’s a Hall of Famer. He’s one of the best wrestling personalities that was ever created and ever entertained us.”
Henry went on to praise Bray Wyatt, saying that he knows how to keep the attention of fans and knows how to portray a character well. “He goes into laughter, he goes into anger, he goes into frustrating as good as any actor that I’ve ever seen.”
