AEW/ROH President Tony Khan shared some news today, revealing that Mark Briscoe will battle for the very first time in AEW on Wednesday’s Dynamite when he enters the ring with Jay Lethal.
Khan composed, “Tomorrow 1/25. Lexington KY. Reside on TBS. 8pm ET/7pm CT. Wednesday Night #AEWDynamite. Mark Briscoe vs Jay Lethal. Asked for by both guys to commemorate the life + tradition of the late terrific Jay Briscoe on his 39th birthday, his long time friend/rival Jay Lethal vs his bro Mark Briscoe.”
As was formerly kept in mind, Khan made a number of efforts to get The Briscoes on AEW Dynamite in the past however Warner Bros. Since of Jay’s previous homophobic tweets a years earlier, Discovery would not permit it. He excused the tweets for many years.
