Mike Halac, best known for performing as Mantaur in WWE and Bruiser Mastino in ECW, has passed away.
His daughter announced today that he passed away in his sleep at 55 years old.
He worked for WWE from 1994-1995 as Mantaur, where he was managed for a short time by Jim Cornette while putting over babyfaces such as Bret Hart and others.
He went to ECW in 1995 for a short run before his stint in WWE as Goldust’s bodyguard in 1996.
Our thoughts are with Halac’s family during this difficult time.
