Monday Night RAW Superstar Lyra Valkyria is optimistic about the likelihood of a WWE pay-per-view event taking place in Ireland. In a conversation with MuscleManMalcolm, Valkyria shared her wish to see such an event held in her home country.

Valkyria expressed her enthusiasm, saying, “I would absolutely love it. I would love to be the one to bring it to Ireland. We’ve got such an incredible fan base over there… Having a WWE event in Ireland would be fantastic.”

While Ireland has not yet had the chance to host a WWE pay-per-view, it was nearly chosen as the location for NXT UK TakeOver: Dublin in 2020, which was unfortunately canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Since 2022, WWE has been actively broadening its pay-per-view location base to include overseas events, with Europe seeing the most advantage. The latest international Professional Wrestling Entertainment (PLE) event is set to happen this weekend in Germany for the first-ever Bash In Berlin, with full details and coverage available on eWrestlingNews.com.

By the conclusion of this year, WWE is expected to have broadcasted 8 main roster pay-per-view happenings outside of the United States, while only 4 remain scheduled on home soil.
