Independent wrestler LuFisto has hinted that there are plenty of issues within AEW’s women’s division which has caused difficulties with the booking.
Much has been said about AEW’s treatment of its women’s division, especially after cameras lingered on a sign during this week’s episode of Dynamite.

While not addressing AEW by name, LuFisto took to Twitter amid online discussion about the sign to claim that issues backstage are affecting the booking.
It’s cute how people blame booking for a bad women’s division.
Talent with too much power; talent denigrating each other; talent trash-talking potential employees so they never get in as soon as they walk in…
It starts here.

In a response to a fan, LuFisto added that she “saw things happen” and “spoke with other women wrestlers that had the same exact experience.”
LuFisto appeared during the April 6, 2022 taping of AEW Dark: Elevation, where she, Emi Sakura, and The Bunny lost to Anna Jay, Ruby Soho, and Skye Blue.
