In the professional wrestling news we’ve been tracking, WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton and Charlotte Flair, her adversary for WrestleMania 41, fired personal barbs at each other in their promo segment during the recent episode of SmackDown.
Stratton didn’t pull any punches, calling attention to Flair’s less than stellar marital record, highlighting her three marriage failures following her divorce from Andrade. Flair didn’t miss a beat in her retaliation, alluding to the romantic relationship between Stratton and her significant other, Ludwig Kaiser. She claimed that Kaiser had been privately contacting her.
Today, Kaiser addressed Flair’s allegation on his social media.
His post included a video of Shawn Michaels telling Diana Hart-Smith, “Please do not flatter yourself.” The quote is a clear dig at Flair.
Interestingly, in the versions of the clips uploaded to YouTube by WWE, all mentions of Flair’s marital history and Kaiser’s alleged messages were conspicuously absent.
