Ex-AAA World Trios Champion, El Cuatrero, initially incarcerated in March 2023 due to accusations of domestic assault and attempted femicide against Stephanie Vaquer, WWE NXT Women’s and Women’s North American Champion, has since been liberated from prison.

Although the legal proceedings associated with his case persist and the charges have not been dismissed, an order of protection was withdrawn, facilitating his release. Presently, he is not under surveillance through ankle monitoring, but he is temporarily prohibited from resuming his wrestling career. His freedom is bound by three conditions, among which are limitations on interaction with Vaquer and constraints on leaving.
