During her guest appearance on “Under the Ring” podcast ahead of the NXT Battleground 2024, NXT Superstar Lola Vice shared her thoughts on squaring off with Natalya in an NXT Underground bout they had back in April.
She expressed; “It was an absolute privilege to find myself in the ring opposite her. Natalya is indeed a living legend and an icon in our field, particularly for female athletes. I couldn’t foresee the turn of events in the match, but as soon as we began, it immediately transformed into a full-blown fight. Natalya was phenomenal. She brought out the best version of myself, and I am confident I did the same for her. We put everything we had into that fight. Luckily, I emerged victorious. I had a hunch I could beat her, however, the experience was certainly different from my initial speculations.”
Lola Vice claimed victory over Shayna Baszler in an NXT Underground contest, in the previous week’s NXT Battleground 2024 event, which took place at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, NV.
