Logan Paul has vocalized his lack of concern about the vibes of the WWE locker room.
During the most recent WWE Monday Night RAW episode, Paul put forth his claim for a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship title against Jey Uso. However, this was met with a retaliatory superkick.
On the latest “RAW Recap” podcast, Paul was questioned about his feelings towards the locker room atmosphere. He deflected the issue, preferring to gloat about his exclusive green room. He declared,
“Whatever’s happening in the locker room doesn’t affect me. I have a green room, brother. Honestly, I’m not here to socialize. My goal is to become the champion and surpass everyone else. Therefore, their opinions of me are their issues, not mine.”
John Bradshaw Layfield is convinced that even if John Cena hadn’t overthrown him for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 21 in 2005, Cena’s career trajectory wouldn’t have been affected.
Post capturing his first WWE Championship by defeating JBL at WrestleMania 21, Cena’s professional journey took a sudden surge. Cena is now a 17-time WWE World Heavyweight Champion as he edges towards retirement in 2025. This record stands as the highest number of recognized title reigns in WWE history.
On a recent episode of the “Something to Wrestle” podcast, a query was posed to JBL about whether he thinks Cena’s career would’ve followed a different course if he had lost his initial WrestleMania title opportunity, much like Cody Rhodes. He responded,
“In my view, they nailed it. Considering the historical data, they made the correct call. Cena is a celebrity, a 17-time world champion, and a genuine human model. It was the incoming era of the PG-rated WWE, and that would’ve been difficult for me or any other. In my belief, Cena had the toughest job of any champion in wrestling history – transitioning from the Attitude Era characterized by boss confrontation, televised beer drinking, voluptuous ladies and outrageous story arcs, to the family-friendly G-rated era. I believe Cena could be the sole individual capable of such transition. Thus, it certainly was the right decision. However, even if the championship had been postponed by a year, he’d still hold his 17 time record, except with a tighter title holding schedule. But undoubtedly he’d still be the top-notch player.”
