Liv Morgan’s Journey To A Champion’s Mindset, Rikishi Warns Sami Zayn

On a recent visit to “The Pat McAfee Show,” Liv Morgan, the reigning WWE Women’s World Champion, revealed her journey to overcoming imposter syndrome and cultivating the mindset of a champion.

Brief clip highlights from the podcast can be found below:

Talking about the development of a champion’s spirit: “My background isn’t in entertainment or wrestling, nor am I a division one athlete, so I had to grapple with imposter syndrome initially.”

Discussing ongoing recovery from injury and self-reflection: “Having no set schedule and really having that quiet time with myself was immensely beneficial for my mental health and confidence. When I returned, I felt refreshed and knew I was prepared to take on the challenge.”

In a recent episode of his “Off the Top” podcast, WWE legend Rikishi posed a question as to whether Roman Reigns had forgiven Sami Zayn for his foul kick during the WWE Crown Jewel 2024 event.

Rikishi’s advice to Zayn was cautionary: “tread lightly” when dealing with The Bloodline.

Rikishi questioned, “Has Roman accepted [Zayn]?” We all are aware of Roman’s nature. He doesn’t easily forget. I am convinced that kick is still a lingering memory in Roman’s mind. Therefore, my advice to Sami Zayn: tread cautiously.”
