Linda McMahon is slated to aid Donald Trump in his preparation for an anticipated second term as U.S. President.
Trump clinched the presidential position early Wednesday morning.
McMahon has been entrusted as one of the co-chairs for Trump’s presidential transition team. She will be cooperating with Howard Lutnick, CEO of Cantor Fitzgerald, in this team, holding her previous position as President and CEO of WWE.
McMahon is tasked with identifying possible political appointees for vetting, drafting executive orders, devising strategies for the implementation of Trump’s policy initiatives, and overseeing the policy aspects of the transition.
McMahon played a crucial role in Trump’s first administration, with her duties as a cabinet member and leader of the Small Business Administration (SBA).
In 2019, she stepped down from that role to embrace the position of chair at the conservative America First Action PAC.
Added to that, over million has been donated to Trump’s 2024 election campaign by McMahon herself.
