The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that Smith is expected to make a full recovery following his recent health issues. He has been released from the hospital.
Sami Callihan recently parted ways with Impact Wrestling and is now a free agent.
Taking to Twitter, WWE Superstar Karrion Kross offered to “open a door” for Callihan, writing,
“I held this title proudly Sami. You always brought out the most vicious side of me- which always took me to my next level. I heard you’re a free agent now. Let me return the favor and open a door for you that you once opened for me.”
Callihan previously wrestled for WWE under the ring name Solomon Crowe.
