Lance Archer On CM Punk’s AEW Collision Promo – ‘He Won’t Fight Me’

CM Punk kicked off the premiere episode of AEW Collision with an explosive promo on Saturday night.

Punk’s promo consisted of some unsettling statements that referenced his backstage heat with The Young Bucks and certain talents in AEW.

During his promo, Punk said, “If you’re here today and you feel I owe you an apology. Here it is. I am sorry…. That the only people softer than you are the wrestlers you like. Tell me when I’m telling lies!”

In response to the promo, AEW wrestler Lance Archer tweeted the following earlier today,

“I’m not. But he won’t fight me and #AEW won’t put me in the ring w him.”

Archer has not wrestled for AEW since the March 24th episode of the now-defunct AEW Dark: Elevation.
