During tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite, Lance Archer seemingly injured himself during a spot. Taking to social media, Archer commented on the moment.

During a match against Eddie Kingston in the AEW World Championship #1 Contender’s Tournament, Archer seemed to injure himself after attempting a moonsault. The superstar missed the jump and landed on his head, and promptly afterwards the match ended thanks to Kingston rolling him up.

While the ending seemed fairly abrupt, it seems as if there was some sort of injury, as Archer took to social media after the episode to speak on the matter. In a series of tweets, Archer said that he “under rotated” on the move, of which he noted that he’s done “hundreds of times” throughout his career. He went on to thank everyone at All Elite Wrestling for taking care of him.

Listen. We choose to do this and take our health n lives in our hands every night. I’ve done that move hundreds of times over my career. Just under rotated. Coulda been MUCH worse. Thank you to ALL at @AEW for taking AMAZING care of me and protecting me. I’ll BE BACK!
