Expect to see Ric Flair back on WWE TV a lot more in the near future.
As seen on RAW last night, Ric ended up helping Lacey Evans beat Charlotte, a follow-up of Lacey’s recent antics on social media. Ric has been responsible for some recent losses for Charlotte, but this time it appears that his motivation was clear, intentionally influencing the outcome of the match.
After the show, Evans thanked her “Daddy” for the assist, posting the following message on Twitter:
Idk what's better….the win, the money, the suite, or pissing off the queen.💅

For what it’s worth, Dave Meltzer also mentioned on Wrestling Observer Radio that Flair is back as a full-time performer on WWE programming. In response to Flair’s recent work with Charlotte and Lacey Evans, Meltzer said Ric is now a regular on TV now. He noted that bringing Ric back historically leads to a boost in viewership the first week he comes back and speculated on WWE’s motivation for using him but said yes, the plan is for Ric and Lacey to continue working together.

WWE Executive and former WWE Champion Triple H returned to RAW, got called out by longtime rival Randy Orton, and reluctantly accepted a rare TV match. After announcing he tested positive for COVID-19, WWE Champion Drew McIntyre officially accepted the surprise challenge last week from WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg. How does McIntyre’s COVID issue impact the wrestling industry? Keith Lee, Sheamus, Jeff Hardy, and more superstars set their path for Royal Rumble.
