Significant transformations have occurred within The Bloodline post-WrestleMania 40. In a recent feature on the “Battleground Podcast”, WWE star, LA Knight, reflected on his encounters with the group over the past year. He stated,
“You better ask them. I don’t know. As far as I can tell, it’s a totally different team. The original squad has disbanded and faded away. Haven’t had a chance to see Jimmy in a long time, haven’t encountered Roman since WrestleMania, Jey’s paving his own path. The only remnant of the O.G. team is Solo, but even he is more new age in the bigger picture. So, you’re witnessing a totally revamped team, less influenced by the Samoan culture, and more by the Tongan heritage.”
He went on to say, “Honestly, I don’t know, but now we see the emergence of Jacob Fatu, Tonga Loa, Tama Tonga, giving The Bloodline a refreshed identity. Now the narrative includes Paul Heyman getting slammed through a table. That was totally unexpected. Everyone knew something was about to happen. Now all we can do is speculate on the future direction. It’s anyone’s guess.”
In a headline event, LA Knight is set to face Logan Paul for the WWE United States Championship at the 2024 SummerSlam.
