LA Knight Discusses Cancelled Plans For WrestleMania 39

In conversation with Kenny McIntosh of Inside The Ropes ahead of the WWE Money In The Bank PLE, LA Knight was asked whether there was ever a plan for him to be featured at WrestleMania 39. While he didn’t get into the particulars, the Mega Star shared that there were indeed plans for him, but they fell through. He said,

“I have no idea is what I can tell ya, cause I really don’t. I got there and as far as I knew there was supposed to be somethin’ and eventually there wasn’t, whatever. LA, the city, not me, let them know about it at SmackDown and at the Hall of Fame. Look, I’ll go ahead and say it. It was a huge, missed opportunity. But here’s the deal, [taps Money In The Bank logo] Money In The Bank’s coming up, you wanna talk about retribution, you wanna talk about making up for it, we’re gonna do that.”
