AEW combatant, Kota Ibushi, is on the road to recovery following an ankle injury he incurred earlier in the year, as we mentioned previously on eWn.
A recent question from an avid fan prompted Ibushi to address speculation about him returning to AEW in order to support his ally and dual performer companion, Kenny Omega.
In regards to this inquiry, Ibushi stated, “Of course, if my current doctor in Japan tells me that I can compete, I will report to AEW and return immediately. I’m now 85% alive. Please wait a little more.”
