After being put through two tables last week in their WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championship loss, Kofi Kingston said tonight that he would be out for at least six weeks, and pushed his New Day teammate Big E to chase his singles dreams.

After losing the titles to Cesaro and Shinsuke Nakamura, Kingston also suffered a huge blow in the form of being forced to miss some time thanks to the match. In a backstage moment with Big E, Kingston told him that he wouldn’t be available to wrestle for at least six weeks, and that with both he and Xavier Woods out, it was time for Big E to chase after success. With various superstars all saying they’d love to see Big E get the attention he deserves, it seems as if that might finally be happening.
